Quality Assurance Specialist
Our leading Food client is recruiting for Quality Assurance Specialists for position nationwide.
Job responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, HCCAP, monitor compliance and report on metrics to meet the requirement of BRC
Maintain production and quality records
Ensure the regulatory compliance requirements for food raw materials are understood
Maintain and update Supplier Approval Process, New Supplier set-up, log non-conformities
Dealing with customer queries relating to quality
Implementation of any corrective actions needed and fully monitor and review all corrective actions
The successful candidate will have:
Qualification in a relevant discipline e.g. Food Science & Technology, Quality Assurance or equivalent
2 years’ experience in a QA food manufacturing environment
Knowledge of BRC, Quality standards and HCCAP
