The Role: Client Manager (Public Affairs)
This Client Manager will work in well-structured account teams; reporting into the Managing Director. S/he will be focused on driving change for corporates, investors, brands, member associations while working with colleagues to ensure client deliverables are on target.
It will be client facing and you will be the key point of contact for a number of accounts across a range of sectors including digital, healthcare, representative bodies and transport. The integrated nature of the agency also allows client cross over with wider corporate and consumer affairs.
Tasks, skills and attributes for the role:
A passion for politics and current affairs
Experience in a consultancy servicing multiple clients
Experience of delivering national public affairs and policy strategies
Preparing clients for government interaction
Supporting strategic political guidance to clients
Drafting political briefing notes and Oireachtas correspondence
Managing the organisation of client events
Issues and crisis training
Playing a role in pitching to secure new business
Experience in some form with the department of foreign affairs
Policy expeience
